The Bellivière domain was created from scratch in 1995 by Christine and Eric Nicolas. Nowadays, the estate counts 15 Hectares and produces Jasnieres and Côteaux du Loir AOC wines. Since 2005 the vineyard has been organically operated and have been certified as Biodynamic since 2011 vintage. The respect of the terroir involves the use of traditional grape varieties used by the Cistercians: Chenin Blanc and Pineau d’Aunis.
Christine and Eric Nicolas’ wines are incredibly pure with fantastic definition.
Domaine Guion is a family estate created in the fifties. A pioneer, it practices organic viticulture since 1965, is eco- certified, and respects the French charter “Nature and Progress.” Stéphane took over after his father in 1994. The domaine is located in the town of Benais, North East of Bourgueil. It extends over an area of 8.5 hectares, divided into 30 plots.
All of Stéphane’s vines lie within the Bourgueil appellation, centered on the village of the same name, west of Tours.
