  • Domaine Trouillet

    Domaine Trouillet is located at the foot of the famous rock of Solutré just south of Mâcon city. This estate – currently managed by Marie-Agnès (3rd generation) and her son William (4th generation) – extends over about twenty hectares today. William doesn’t do any treatments to the vineyard and vines are grown in an environmentally-friendly manner using a sustainable approach. One half of the production is vinified in steel tank and the rest in big wooden vat and oak barrels to avoid excess oak sensation.
    William Trouillet’s wines (Pouilly-Fuissé) have terrific acidity with an impressive weight.

  • Domaine François Raquillet

    Born in a line of winemakers from father to son for 11 generations, François Raquillet took over the estate in 1990 with his wife Emmanuelle. He is hard worker, love spending time in his vineyard and see his grapes growing and golf enthusiasts, François manages to lead the estate at the very best of the appellation. The estate exploits 10 hectares and offers its range of white wines and red wines.
    François Raquillet’s wine have a lovely complexity and weight.

  • Domaine Jean-baptiste Ponsot

    Jean-Baptiste took over in 2000 at the age of 20 years. He now owns 8.5 hectares of vines in the best soils of the appellation in which two-thirds Rully 1er Cru and a third village composed of 2/3 in White and 1/3 in Red. in 2005 he built a new winery and cellar. The wines are aged in barrels from 20 to 30% new oak for 12 months and then assembled in tank for a period of 3 to 6 months depending on the vintage to keep maximum freshness.
    Jean-Baptiste Ponsot is definitely the new star of Rully.

  • Famille Paquet

    Located at the foot of the cliff of Solutré and Vergisson. In 2019, the family Paquet is created. The vineyard were in the family but never care much about making wine. Now it has changed and the quality getting better and better.

  • Domaine Jeannin-Naltet

    In 2011 Benoit Eschard took over the domaine from his uncle . The estate was created in 1858 and covers 9 ha of contiguous vineyards exclusively within the Mercurey appellation including 7ha of Mercurey 1er Cru, including Clos des Grands Voyens, 5ha as a Monopole. The wines are profound , extremely precise and now considered as one of the Top producer in the Burgundy.
